Chelan (PP#8545) A new cherry from Washington State University. It is a dark red, firm, moderately large, high quality, cherry similar to Bing. This good flavored cherry matures two weeks ahead of Bing. The fruit has been quite resistant to cracking. Chelan requires Burchell Nursery variety as a pollinizer.

Lapin A Van and Stella cross from British Columbia. Large, highly split-resistant, self-fertile cherry. Harvests 10-14 days after Bing.

Rainier Very large firm, white fleshed fruit. Resists cracking, spurs and doubles. Harvests slightly ahead of Bing. Uses Royal Ann as a pollenizer. |

Tieton (PP#11385) This new cherry variety comes to us from the breeding program at Washington State University in Prosser. Tieton is a very large, good quality cherry that ripens five to seven days ahead of Bing. Fruit is firm with excellent flavor. Requires a pollenator.

Brooks (UC 12-28)(PP#6676) This selection is a good producer that ripens a week after Early Burlat and a week before Bing. The Brooks is a large, nicely flavored, dark red cherry that produces few doubles in hot climates.

Skeena (PP#11392) An exciting new variety from the breeding program at Summerland, British Columbia. Skeena is a large, very firm, sweet cherry with good tolerance to rain-induced cracking. The tree is precocious and self-fertile. Ripens 14 days after Bing or just after Lapins.
