Sierra Gem

Sierra Gem is a promising new peach which ripens the 2nd week of June. The fruit is large for the season with 70-80% red blush with orange background. Flesh is yellow-orange, non-melting, and has good flavor. Pick date will be with June Lady and Flavorcrest, but with better size than June Lady and fewer splits than Flavorcrest. |
